• Razer DeathAdder Black Edition Review

Razer is definitely one of the most famous mouse on the market when it comes to models designed for gamers, and now its manufacturer made a new, improved version called Black Edition, very similar to 3500 model. Everything good was kept and only small modifications were made and we still have one of the best mice offered.

Razer is one of the first brands that pop up when it comes to gaming peripherals, and there is almost no player who has not already heard about it, or at least considered buying some of the products of this company. When we talk about mice, they are most popular. DeathAdder is without a doubt one of the most popular gaming mice so far, and it got its revision this year (original DeathAdder appeared on the market in 2006), and with special model designed for left-handed gamers, there is also Black Edition available. Razer continues to use amazing Razer Precision 3.5G sensor and it is well known already. They made small changes, but still more than enough to passionate players buy another amazing mouse that can help them to achieve even better results.

DeathAdder has iconic shape which demanding players probably recognize immediately, and with dimensions of 127 x 70 x 44 mm and weight of 148 grams will definitely suit better to those who use whole hand to control the mouse. It is made of high quality material, with matted top area and rubberized sides, and one of the main differences from the original is a bit different material which looks even better and fingerprints don’t stay on it. This model does not have a backlight, and it is completely dark, and even the famous logo made as a black contour on a dark gray area. Although it is symmetrical, this model is designed for right-handers, which is best visible by position of the side keys. Ergonomic design means that it fits perfectly in hand and hand is not getting tired after prolonged use.

Buttons on the top are well placed and well integrated into mouse shape, and it use Hyperesponse buttons which are more responsive than average. Scroll wheel is deep and slightly wider with pointy surface, along with excellent control and precision. Side keys are well positioned, and perhaps only slightly tougher than it should be. Cable is braided with a protective layer it has lenght of slightly more than two meters, with gold-plated USB connector, and it is very important to say that it has 1000Hz/1ms pooling rate that provides a response with no delay. Mouse feet are made of special material which has a very low coefficient of friction on a surface, and allows mouse to move silently at the same time.

Summary
Razer Synapse software is used to adjust mouse settings and it allows very detailed settings, and it is known as one of the best solutions available. Regarding sensor, this is a well-known 3.5G infrared sensor with maximum resolution up to 3500 DPI, and although this is the maximum resolution when compared to other models of gaming mice, it is still one of the best on the market. This is an improved version of great DeathAdder edition and it worth every penny, and although it may looks pretty “normal”, it has performance of one of the best gaming mice on the market.
